March has been a busy and fun month for us, hosting a very successful Pre-Loved Book Sale and our first Movie Night of the year, as well as making exciting plans for Easter! Read on to find out more…

Pre-Loved Book Sale & Tuck Shop
Thanks to everyone who made our first Pre-Loved Book Sale so fabulous! The atmosphere was brilliant and we raised an incredible £102 pounds, as well as giving the children a plentiful new supply of lovely books. We couldn’t have done it without all the wonderful donations, so thank you again!
Spring Movie Night
Our first Movie Night of the year was a brilliant success! The children were great and it was incredible to see them having fun and sharing popcorn. A huge thanks to the team for such a great effort - we raised a fabulous £258!
Pre-Loved School Uniform
Thanks to everyone who gave pre-loved school uniform donations earlier this month - it has really helped to stock up the supply to pass on to others. We welcome uniform donations at any time when you have anything spare!
Our preloved school uniform shop has a new home - thank you to Mrs Jordan who kindly made us a permanent space. If you need items for the spring/summer and would like to have a browse, please ask a PTA member or get in touch via email. Items can be sent home to try on and in school bags, and bank transfer payments can also be made direct online to make things even simpler.
Help needed!
We’re sad to announce that our wonderful Treasurer, Mike, is stepping down to focus on new ventures. Mike has been such an asset to the team and has helped put in place some wonderful activities, as well as keeping all the finances in check! We want to say a huge thank you to Mike for all his efforts and contributions over the past 5 or so years - we will miss you Mike!
We are now in need of some more help to continue to put on all the fun events we have planned for the children. The main help we need is with prep tasks and manning events - it only requires a little of your time and will make a huge difference to the children! A small number of us run the events and we’re all working parents of young children so we understand that it’s hard to make a big time commitment, but help in even the smallest way makes a big difference. If you can’t attend events, grabbing a small task - such as a quick nip to the shop, making food, or making a poster - would really help.
